PLOT SUMMARY: Do you know the problem with over-ambition, it makes you hard. It blinds you to your own truth and takes away your moral compass. Have you noticed that people who make it in life when they are left to fend for themselves are those people that grew up in deplorable conditions. Wealth makes you soft but poverty hardens you up, gives you no choice and makes you a go-getter.
Ghost comes from nothing and like every other black boy hustler, makes something of himself with a gorgeous woman who stands by him through thick and thin. He has some but wants more. He gets more but wants even more till this desire takes him so deep, he cannot make it out without losing himself and what he loves. His wife pushes him too, making him go even deeper. He has it all now. A flourishing drug business, where he is a drug lord and has people doing his bidding, even a friend/ business partner who will take a bullet for him ( Tommy) He opens up a business club, against Tommy's warnings with the hope that he can go clean and stop the cycle of killings and dirty money but every step he takes toward the good part takes him two steps to the bad path. He is stuck. How can he escape his past life and with his wife and parnter against his decision, how can he pull this off? He lives two lives, hoping that one day, he will overcome one and settle with the other or worst still, one life overcomes him and puts him away forever.
